Inspiring people to be excited about ethics for over twenty years.

Victoria Vuletich

Victoria Vuletich, founder of Ethics Squared LLC, has spent most of her career in applied ethics – which focuses on how ethics works in real life.  Victoria has extensive experience in ethics education, consulting and coaching.  A lawyer by training, Victoria worked for nine years as staff ethics counsel and as the deputy director of the Professional Standards Division of the State Bar of Michigan, where she advised lawyers on how to resolve  ethical dilemmas.

After nine years at the State Bar of Michigan, Victoria joined the Western Michigan University Cooley Law School faculty where for thirteen years she taught Professional Responsibility.

Eager to inspire ethics in organizations, Victoria left teaching and created Ethics Squared to provide education, consulting and coaching services to organizations.

Victoria has been a guest lecturer at a number of organizations including Oxford University UK and the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum. Her clients include The National Wellness Institute and state level professional associations. She is also a board member of The Center for the Study of Ethics in Society at Western Michigan University.

A graduate of the University of Denver and a native of Denver, Colorado, Victoria moved to Michigan “temporarily” over twenty years ago. She lives in Grand Rapids with her Husband and their cat.
